Our finance organization plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of our financial data. This team operates at the intersection of complex healthcare accounting, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, supporting the broader mission of delivering high-quality care through sound financial stewardship.
As a Manager, you will lead a team of 4–6 accountants and analysts responsible for the oversight of monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and the maintenance of related financial records. This position is pivotal in driving GAAP and Statutory/IDR reporting processes, ensuring that general ledger data, financial statements, and footnotes are accurate and timely.
Beyond daily operations, you will serve as a department leader for large-scale initiatives such as system migrations, business integrations, and new product offerings. Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured interview process designed to assess both technical accounting expertise and leadership capabilities. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by in-depth discussions regarding your experience with financial reporting, system migrations, and team management. Final stages may involve presentations or scenario-based discussions to evaluate problem-solving skills in a matrixed healthcare environment.
