About the Role
As a Field Technician II based in Atlanta, GA, you will serve as a critical link in our global logistics and desktop support operations. This role is designed for a clearable US Citizen capable of obtaining a Public Trust clearance. You will make an immediate impact by providing outstanding customer support via phone and email, ensuring seamless Windows 10/11 environments while managing complex supply chain data and logistics procedures.
Your day will involve a blend of technical troubleshooting and logistical coordination. You will resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (Android, iPhone, iOS), while also assisting with network administration tasks such as user creation and password resets in Active Directory. Beyond the helpdesk, you will play a key part in optimizing the supply chain by analyzing data to identify errors and assisting in the development of procurement and inventory standards.
In the realm of Global Desktop Refresh Services, you will prepare equipment for international shipment, including unboxing, re-boxing, OS installation, and encryption. You will also support the Global Activities logistics manager in planning preventive maintenance and managing spare parts to cut costs and enhance the management model.
