About the Role

As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services while educating customers on their use. This entry-level role is designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. You will stay active and work outdoors, where no two days are the same. In this position, you will build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers while overcoming daily challenges.

We equip you with the training you need to succeed, including on-the-job training, a Broadband Apprenticeship Program, and opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications. You will receive support to build your confidence and skills to solve complex technical issues. This role offers a path to a long and rewarding career, with opportunities to progress from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV, move into leadership positions, and increase your earnings through our self-progression program.
