About the Role
As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services while educating customers on their use. This entry-level role is designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. You will work outdoors, utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments, ensuring no two days are the same.
We equip you with the training you need to succeed and the opportunity to progress. You will build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers while maximizing your potential through on-the-job training, a career self-progression plan, and the Broadband Apprenticeship Program. This role offers a path to a long and rewarding career, with opportunities to move from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV and into leadership positions.
