About the Role
As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services while educating customers on their use. This entry-level role is designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. You will work outdoors, utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments, ensuring no two days are the same.
In this position, you will build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers while overcoming daily challenges. We equip you with the training you need to succeed, including on-the-job training, a career self-progression plan, and a Broadband Apprenticeship Program. You will have the opportunity to progress from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV, earning industry-recognized certifications along the way.
