As a Field Service Technician supporting our Neptune rover, you will serve as the critical link between our technology and healthcare providers. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about solving complex problems. You will spend the majority of your time traveling between hospitals to address service requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and ensure the reliable operation of our equipment.
Beyond technical execution, this position is about building positive, lasting relationships with Stryker customers, sales representatives, and internal partners. You will document service results meticulously to maintain quality records, ensuring that every interaction contributes to our mission of making healthcare better. This position involves significant travel between hospitals based on service assignments. You must be willing to spend most weekdays on the road and be capable of working overtime, including overnight shifts and weekends, to meet customer needs. A valid driver's license with an outstanding driving record is required, and a company vehicle will be provided for business use.
