As a Field Service Technician II, you will join Canon USA, an innovator of technology, solutions, and services, to help valued customers with the operational, maintenance, and networking support of Canon-supported products.
In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a dedicated individual striving for excellence. You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical, software, network, and system failures, and servicing designated equipment to Canon standards. Your impact extends beyond repairs; you will maintain a working knowledge of multiple product groups, provide direction to less experienced technicians, and offer solutions for escalated technical or customer service issues across your territory.
This position operates within a 24/7 environment, requiring shift work and on-call rotations. You will be expected to meet and exceed customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field, Shop, and on-site maintenance. Compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include specific health and safety measures, is essential.
