Spotting a solution and fixing a problem is a tremendous technical skillset that requires diligence, determination, and a knack for knowledge. As a Field Service Technician II, you will partner with our valued customers to provide operational, maintenance, and networking support for Canon-supported products. This is a customer-facing role where you will diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures, and service designated equipment to Canon standards. You will be expected to maintain a working knowledge of multiple product groups and provide direction to less experienced technicians while ensuring efficient, responsive, and accurate maintenance on-site or in the shop.

Candidates must be able to complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class. Please note that this role requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19. You must also be able to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter their premises.
