Canon USA, a leader in technology, solutions, and services, is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver amazing experiences and elevated efficiency within the routine maintenance of Canon-supported products. In this customer-facing position, you will be accountable for providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field, shop, and on-site maintenance while showcasing strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your day will involve maintaining the performance of assigned machines, reporting product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with necessary documentation, and facilitating performance levels that help achieve branch and district metric targets. You will also be responsible for properly maintaining all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned to you.

Candidates selected for this role must be able to successfully complete a 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class. Additionally, all applicants must be prepared to take necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter their premises. Please note that as this is a customer-facing role, compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include specific health measures, is required.
