In this position, you will be accountable for reporting product failure trends, meeting customer demands through efficient on-site maintenance, and maintaining the performance of assigned machines. You will serve as a key point of contact, showcasing strong communication skills while ensuring accurate record-keeping of technical information and service reports. Candidates must be able to successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
