Spotting a solution and fixing a problem is a tremendous technical skillset that requires diligence, determination, and a knack for knowledge. As a Field Service Technician II at Canon USA, you will join an innovator of technology, solutions, and services. Your mission is to bring operational, maintenance, and networking support to valued customers, ensuring they receive efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance for Canon-supported products.
This is a customer-facing role where you will serve as the first line of defense for technical issues. You will be expected to provide solutions for escalated technical and customer service-related problem areas within your territory. The role demands a strong work ethic and a cooperative spirit, as you will often provide direction to less experienced technicians while maintaining a working knowledge of multiple product groups.
