About the Role
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team at our Medford, OR office. This role is ideal for a problem solver who is detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking. While we value experienced technicians, we are also committed to training the right person for entry-level roles, offering a clear path for professional development.
In this position, you will be the face of our technical expertise, providing high-quality support to our customer base. Your day will involve troubleshooting and repairing a variety of office equipment, including copiers, printers, and fax machines. You will communicate directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction and develop creative solutions for unusual technical challenges. Success in this role requires managing your time and resources effectively while navigating territorial considerations to deliver timely service.
