About the Role
As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services while educating customers on their use. This entry-level role is designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. You will work outdoors, utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments, ensuring that no two days are the same.
We equip you with the training you need to succeed, offering on-the-job training, a Broadband Apprenticeship Program, and opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications. This role is about more than just a job; it is about building a long and rewarding career. You will have the opportunity to progress from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV, with defined pathways to leadership positions and increased earnings.
