About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as the frontline expert for our critical infrastructure customers. This role exists to ensure minimal downtime for essential systems by installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing Vertiv power and thermal management equipment. You will work independently in the field, diagnosing complex electrical and control issues while delivering exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day involves traveling to customer sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, collaborating with technical support and engineering teams on complex problems, and training end users on proper system operation. Success in this position requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards while maintaining professional communication with both customers and internal teams.
