About the Role
In this position, you will serve as the frontline guardian of critical infrastructure, installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining Vertiv power, battery, and thermal management systems directly at customer sites. Your primary mission is to ensure the continuous operation of these vital assets by interpreting schematics and executing both preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS, battery, and cooling systems.
Your day-to-day involves diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical issues using test equipment and remote monitoring tools, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan service visits and implement system upgrades. You will be the face of Vertiv on-site, building strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional support. This role requires you to document all work performed, prepare detailed reports, and respond to emergency service calls and on-call rotations to resolve critical infrastructure issues, all while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
