You will be responsible for the installation of new products, servicing existing equipment, and providing technical support via phone or email. By expertly managing the final steps of product deployment and ongoing maintenance, you ensure that customers receive top-notch support and that products perform optimally. As a professional company representative, you will act as the face of the organization at customer locations. Your day will involve reading blueprints and schematics, documenting machine data and service history, and assisting customers with parts identification. You will also demonstrate products to support sales efforts and communicate regularly with regional managers to ensure customer expectations are met. This position requires domestic travel up to 100% and occasional international travel to support service areas.
