As a "Fly Away" Field Service Representative, you will serve as a vital link in maintaining deployed and local signal processing systems. This role exists to ensure that our nation's most critical systems remain online and functioning properly, whether at our Sterling factory, Manassas Warehouse, or deployed OCONUS locations.
You will split your time between local support and global deployment. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent at the local facility, where you will remotely monitor system health, manage logistics and spare pools, and track hardware issues in our ticketing system. The remaining 40% involves traveling to various overseas locations to perform preventative maintenance, conduct hardware replacements, and assist with site surveys and operator training.

Candidates must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Selected candidates will undergo a review of their technical background, specifically regarding hardware troubleshooting and Linux administration.

Prior Military or DoD experience. Previous experience as a traveling Field Support Representative. Experience maintaining servers, network and/or communication equipment. SIGINT background. College Degree or applicable technical certifications.
