Founded in 1985, ATS is a global leader in industrial maintenance with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Our mission is simple yet impactful: we are professionals dedicated to making factories run better. We combine deep industry expertise with a commitment to reliability, ensuring our clients' operations remain efficient and productive.
This position is designed for an expert-level technician who thrives in complex, fast-paced factory environments. You will be the backbone of our maintenance operations, responsible for performing high-level break-fix and preventative maintenance on critical industrial equipment. Your work goes beyond simple repairs; you will analyze root causes, dismantle and recondition machine tools, and optimize equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
In this role, you will not only execute repairs but also drive continuous improvement. You will identify opportunities to upgrade equipment, source necessary parts, and develop new maintenance standards for altered or new manufacturing systems. As a subject matter expert, you will also play a key role in training and development, guiding lower-level technicians and leading technical programs for both coworkers and customers. Your day will involve utilizing advanced maintenance technologies to collect performance data, troubleshoot complex control systems, and ensure all operations adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
