A Field Service Engineer at Medtronic is responsible for the technical support and service of Medtronic Hugo systems at customer sites. This role involves installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting these devices, as well as providing training to healthcare professionals. FSEs play a crucial role in gathering feedback on product performance and communicating with various internal and external teams. You will be part of a team that experiments, creates, builds, improves, and solves, ensuring that our technology serves those who need it most.
