About the Role

In this role, you won't just talk about technology—you'll help people experience what's possible with next‑generation home internet. As a Door-to-Door Broadband Specialist, you will bring our groundbreaking broadband offers right to a customer's doorstep through direct conversations and community outreach.

You will share current service offers, guide customers through seamless transitions, and ensure they feel confident and supported every step of the way. Your success is measured by your ability to meet sales goals, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and strengthen T-Mobile's presence in new neighborhoods. You'll create standout experiences by answering questions and delivering post‑sale follow‑up that creates customers for life.
