The WTI Field Resources Supervisor serves as the operational backbone for a specific region, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality roofing services while driving profitability. This role exists to bridge the gap between field execution and office strategy, managing a team of Field Resources Representatives to maximize manpower utilization and customer satisfaction.
As the primary point of contact for field staff, sales representatives, and internal office personnel, the Supervisor fosters a culture of professionalism and accountability. The day-to-day rhythm involves coordinating complex staffing schedules, overseeing rigorous quality control processes through site visits, and managing regional expenses to meet financial targets. Beyond operational oversight, this position is deeply involved in talent development, conducting both hands-on field training and classroom instruction to ensure all team members are certified, safe, and proficient in their craft.
The Supervisor acts as the first line of defense for resolving discrepancies between field operations and sales expectations, ensuring that every job site reflects the company's standards. By managing performance, handling administrative documentation, and leading new hire orientations, the role ensures that the region operates as a cohesive, efficient unit capable of adapting to business needs.
