Mount Adams Fruit operates as a vital intermediary between management and the local pear, apple, and cherry grower base. Our mission is to foster positive, long-term relationships that bridge the gap between the warehouse and the orchard, ensuring mutual success throughout the harvest season.
As a Field Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for growers, acting as both a partner and a guide. This role exists to ensure seamless communication of company needs and expectations while providing essential horticultural support to our growers. You will be the face of Mount Adams Fruit in the field, building trust through consistent engagement and expertise.
Your day will involve navigating uneven terrain in various weather conditions to assess orchard health, yield, and maturity. You will coordinate logistics for bin deliveries, manage harvest schedules, and ensure compliance with pesticide regulations and sustainable agriculture systems. Beyond the physical work, you will utilize tools like Salesforce and Telus Agronomy to report data and share critical updates on packing performance and market conditions. This position requires a balance of field presence and office coordination to support plant safety protocols and resolve any issues that arise in the orchard.
Interested candidates should submit their application directly to Mount Adams Fruit. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a background in agriculture who can thrive in a dynamic field environment.
Mount Adams Fruit is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
