We are a leader in engineering, designing, and manufacturing leading-edge military expeditionary products and rugged industrial/commercial products. Since 1937, our mission has been to support the defense and industrial sectors with reliable, high-performance solutions. We are dedicated to defending the mission, values, and culture of our organization while fostering a collaborative environment where technical excellence drives our success.
This position serves as a critical link between our engineering teams and our customers, providing logistical technical assistance for fielded systems. You will be responsible for analyzing, organizing, and administering the day-to-day provisioning, spares, and maintenance/repair activities for assigned programs. Your work ensures the efficient distribution of goods and supplies, directly impacting the operational readiness of our customers.
The role demands a high degree of adaptability and resilience. You will frequently travel to customer locations, often with very little notice, and may be deployed to international sites or potentially hostile environments. In these settings, you will lead initiatives to prepare and deploy on assignments, conduct distribution and network studies, and mentor lower-level employees. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical publications and ensure compliance with engineering playbooks and safety standards.
Due to the sensitive nature of this role, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens. This position requires access to export-controlled technical data or technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Consequently, applicants must be U.S. Persons or eligible to obtain the required export authorization from the U.S. Department of State or Commerce. An active Secret clearance is preferred, but the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain one.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, religion, or other protected characteristics.
