This role focuses on community-based recruiting efforts to attract and hire School Crossing Guards throughout Palm Beach County. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable building relationships within the community. You will serve as the face of our organization in the field, engaging directly with potential candidates to ensure our schools are protected by dedicated staff.
