About the Role
As a Field Quality Supervisor in Boston, MA, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to "Total Quality. Assured." This role is designed for a versatile professional ready to grow a career in Inspection Services while providing regional field-based technical supervision. You will act as a bridge between our Houston-based TIS leadership and our regional operations, ensuring the integrity of services delivered to our clients.
In this position, you will lead investigations into client complaints, mentor less senior technical staff, and drive the implementation of strategic initiatives like eReporting. Your day-to-day involves engaging with clients to promote Intertek's capabilities, providing technical insight on quality matters, and supporting sales teams with regional expertise on large bids. You will also conduct technical interviews to identify top talent for our Technical Specialist roles, ensuring we maintain a high standard of engineering judgment and operational excellence.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to travel frequently throughout the continental US (up to 80% of the time) with occasional overseas travel. As a condition of employment, certain positions may require passing a pre-employment drug test based on the nature of the work performed.
