We are committed to creating a workplace where employees can learn, grow, and continuously refine their skills while delivering purposeful, transformative work.

About the Role

This position focuses on the mechanical craft work required to maintain, repair, and rebuild heavy vehicles, automotive, and construction equipment within the Northern Maine region. You will operate with a high degree of independence in a field environment, utilizing independent judgment to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and evaluate overall equipment conditions.

Your day-to-day work involves performing skilled technical tasks in the field, on the road, or in a field garage. Responsibilities include testing, installing, repairing, rebuilding, rewiring, replacing, and fabricating parts for a variety of heavy machinery. This role requires the ability to receive, store, and distribute parts and supplies while working under limited supervision to ensure operational readiness.
