About the Role

We are seeking experienced Independent Contractors to join our team of TaskForce professionals in all regions throughout the country, with a high need for Field Agents in the South Abington Township area. This position does not require a real estate license but relies on impeccable customer service and organizational skills.

As a Field Agent, you will serve as the eyes and ears on the ground, effectively completing a wide range of field tasks such as property inspections, maintenance completion verifications, and occupancy checks. You will adapt your work methodologies to suit the unique demands of each property, procure necessary materials, and oversee tasks from initiation to fulfillment with meticulous documentation. The role requires a self-motivated approach to ensure assignments are executed according to defined parameters and met within predetermined deadlines.

Your schedule will be flexible and determined by the tasks assigned, ranging from as little as an hour per week to several hours depending on complexity and frequency.
