Rhythm is a global, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients and their families living with rare neuroendocrine diseases. We develop medicines for previously untreatable or undertreated conditions and provide meaningful support for healthcare providers and patients. Our mission is driven by the courage of patients and caregivers who begin their journey of advocacy; their stories inspire us to challenge convention, ask bold questions, and seek answers.
We are a dynamic and growing global team spanning more than a dozen countries. Headquartered in Boston, Rhythm is proud to have been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts. Our core values include advancing scientific understanding, tackling tough challenges with courage, embracing learning and adaptation, and believing that collaboration and ownership are foundational to our success.
The Field Access Manager (FAM) serves as a subject matter expert for access-related matters, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate treatment access and resolve issues. In this field-based role, you will educate physicians prescribing IMCIVREE, identify payer trends, and execute tactical plans to support patient services, market access, territory managers, and specialty pharmacy partners.
You will act as a bridge between complex payer dynamics and the patients who need care, working to optimize patient-specific access and streamline prior authorization and appeal processes. While this role does not interact directly with patients, it is critical to the pull-through of insurance approvals and the overall success of our mission to expand access to more patients.
This position is based in the West Region, supporting accounts within the West Coast time zone. Candidates must be willing to work core business hours and travel frequently within the US (up to 20%).
At Rhythm, we are inspired to tackle tough challenges and have the courage to ask bold questions. We are eager to learn and adapt, and we value the unique contribution each individual brings to furthering our mission. We believe that collaboration and ownership are essential for our success as we rapidly advance care and precision medicines that address the root cause of rare neuroendocrine diseases.
Rhythm is an equal employment opportunity employer. We do not discriminate against any applicant because of race, creed, color, age, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, veteran status, military status, or any other class protected by state or federal law.
