We are an independent FedEx Ground contractor seeking a reliable Route Delivery Driver to join our team in Irving, TX. This role is critical to ensuring timely package delivery across our local service area. As a driver, you will be the face of our logistics operation, navigating a 7-day schedule to meet customer expectations.
This is a physically demanding position requiring the ability to handle boxes weighing up to 150 lbs without limitations. You will be responsible for loading, delivering, and unloading packages along a designated route. Success in this role requires punctuality, energy, and a strong commitment to reliability. While a CDL is not required, you must possess at least one year of commercial driving experience within the last three years, which can include food delivery or rideshare driving.
Drivers can expect a weekly pay range of $700–$800 for a standard 5-day schedule, with the potential to earn over $1,000 weekly depending on route volume and stop count. Once fully qualified, the position includes paid vacation and bonuses. We offer both full-time (5–6 days) and part-time schedules, with flexibility to work weekends as needed to support our 7-day operation.
