This role is part of our expanding firm, specifically embedded within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Sector Management team.
About the Role
We are seeking a Policy Management Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA, in a hybrid work environment. This position is designed for a professional with a strategic research background who thrives on significant client interaction. You will serve as a vital bridge between Chevo and CISA, tasked with rapidly understanding the agency's organizational structure and the nuanced policies and executive orders that shape its priorities.
In this role, you will draft and implement policy while facilitating senior executive-level cross-agency meetings. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with the CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division to gather and communicate key data findings. You will produce clear, polished deliverables tailored to a variety of federal and private sector stakeholders, including briefing packages, reports, and DHS-style briefing materials for senior leadership. Success in this role requires the ability to analyze, synthesize, and convey complex information succinctly while strategizing opportunities to enhance coordination as the client's priorities evolve.

Previous experience in consulting, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, program evaluation, or related role. Experience in technical writing. Active DHS/CISA Entry of Delivery (EOD) clearance.
