About the Role

The Event Project Manager (EPM) serves as the bridge between coordination and senior leadership, owning the end-to-end execution of assigned events and campaigns. This role is designed for a proactive leader who can manage complexity, anticipate risks, and drive accountability across internal teams, vendors, and field staff without needing direct authority.

In this position, you will translate client strategy into actionable execution plans, ensuring all teams understand deliverables and deadlines. You will manage the full lifecycle of events from kickoff through post-event closeout, overseeing logistics, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional workstreams. Success requires the ability to operate independently in high-pressure, live event environments while maintaining composure and driving solutions when challenges arise.
