About the Role

The CFO Control Tower Budget and Spend (BAS) solution is a pre-built planning and reporting platform designed specifically for the federal government, running on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). We are seeking a Federal Budget Consultant to lead the implementation of BAS for a federal customer. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex federal budgeting policies and technical system execution.

In this position, you will document and communicate the customer's budgetary processes, ensuring alignment between federal regulations and system requirements. You will create business requirements and functional designs, develop test plans, and conduct solution demos and presentations at all levels of the agency. The ideal candidate brings a day-to-day rhythm of translating federal planning, programming, and budgeting processes into actionable functional designs and visual aids for stakeholders.

This is a full-time, multi-year contract role offering 100% remote work.
