About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented FCA (Fire Code Assessment) Inspector to join our team on a part-time basis in Houston, TX. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with applicable fire codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
You will partner with contractors, engineers, and property stakeholders to evaluate buildings for compliance with local, state, and national fire codes. Your day-to-day involves conducting comprehensive fire and life safety inspections, identifying deficiencies, and providing clear recommendations for corrective actions. As a key member of our inspection team, you will verify the compliance of electrical and mechanical installations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
