About the Role
Camping World is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team. This role is designed for self-motivated professionals who possess superior customer service skills, strong business acumen, and a natural sales aptitude. Whether you are looking to hit the ground running or are highly motivated to learn, we want you on our team.
In this position, you will partner with the sales desk to structure deals and manage the placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate lenders, securing approvals, obtaining customer commitments, and finalizing deliveries. The role requires constant communication with the business office to manage contracts in transit and ensure funding, as well as tracking and monitoring F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
Beyond daily operations, you will participate in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues, and assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff. Success in this role demands adherence to all company policies, procedures, and F&I office processes.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive total annual compensation range of $125,000 - $180,000+, determined by skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
