About the Role
The Director, Area Independent Living Sales is a regional leadership position based in the Texas Home Office. This role drives occupancy and revenue performance across multiple Lifespace communities in the Texas region by leading high-performing sales teams and executing data-driven sales strategies.
You will partner closely with Community Sales Directors, Executive Directors, and senior sales leadership to build strong pipelines, optimize pricing and positioning, and deliver consistent Independent Living sales results. This position offers a regional impact with visible results, allowing you to lead, influence, and grow high-performing teams within a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
