About the Role

The Director, Area Independent Living Sales is a regional leadership position based in the Texas Home Office. This role drives occupancy and revenue performance across multiple Lifespace communities by leading high-performing sales teams and executing data-driven strategies. You will partner closely with Community Sales Directors, Executive Directors, and senior sales leaders to build strong pipelines, optimize pricing and positioning, and deliver consistent Independent Living sales results.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a regional impact with visible results within a collaborative, mission-driven culture. You will lead area sales meetings, represent Lifespace in regional markets and industry events, and work alongside Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful execution.
