About the Role
As the Director, Area Independent Living Sales for the Texas region, you will drive occupancy and revenue performance across multiple Lifespace communities. This regional leadership role is designed to execute data-driven sales strategies that build strong pipelines, optimize pricing and positioning, and deliver consistent Independent Living sales results.\n You will partner closely with Community Sales Directors, Executive Directors, and senior sales leadership to lead high-performing teams. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a visible regional impact, influence strategy, and grow a team of sales professionals within a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
