About the Role
As a Family Support Specialist 2, you will be the heart of our collaborative care team. This role is a powerful blend of compassion and strategy, designed to empower youth to thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. You will design personalized plans and deliver hands-on, evidence-based interventions that strengthen family systems and promote lasting change.
Your day-to-day work involves assessing needs, developing individualized strategies, and providing direct care in diverse settings. You will partner with treatment teams, supervisors, educators, clinicians, and community stakeholders to build comprehensive treatment plans. Success in this role requires representing YBGR with integrity, maintaining cultural humility, and proactively seeking solutions to challenges faced by youth and families.

Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and successfully complete a fingerprint criminal background check and child abuse registry clearance as required by the State of Montana. The starting salary is determined based on the applicant's education and relevant experience within our 11-step pay schedule.
