Working closely with treatment teams, educators, and families, specialists craft personalized care plans and deliver tailored support to address challenges, promote positive coping strategies, and create safe, nurturing environments where youth can flourish. By empowering youth to thrive in their homes, schools, and communities, Family Support Specialists make a lasting difference in daily life and beyond.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and successfully complete a fingerprint criminal background check and child abuse registry clearance as required by the State of Montana. The starting salary range is $19.21 - $21.62 per hour, determined based on the applicant's education and relevant experience within the agency's 11-step pay schedule.
