About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This role is instrumental in fulfilling our mission by managing a wide range of medical conditions, performing diagnostic tests, and developing long-term health plans. You will conduct patient assessments, prescribe medications, and perform routine examinations while ensuring optimal care through close collaboration with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. You will also assist in the development and implementation of new clinical programs and protocols, while providing guidance and mentorship to nursing staff. Success in this position requires strong diagnostic and decision-making skills, empathy, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities, particularly when working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
