We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering high-quality preventative and comprehensive care. You will take continued responsibility for the patient's long-term health and well-being, focusing on chronic care management, annual wellness visits, and pediatric exams for children ages 3 and up.
You will work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment where you are expected to see an average of 18+ patients daily. The role involves leading clinic staff, collaborating with physicians to develop care plans, and utilizing various communication channels to ensure outstanding patient service. You will be part of a team that values evidence-based medicine and is committed to staying current with medical advancements.
