The Nurse Practitioner will be part of our growing team of medical professionals dedicated to advancing patient care.
About the Role
This position is designed to provide advanced primary and/or specialty care to our patients. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, comprehensive medical services within a general practice setting. Day-to-day, the Nurse Practitioner will examine, diagnose, and treat a variety of diseases while ensuring the fulfillment of commitments to quality care standards.
The role involves a holistic approach to patient management, including collecting and maintaining accurate patient information, documenting medical history, and analyzing diagnostic reports to formulate effective treatment plans. The Nurse Practitioner will also play a key role in patient education, advising on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention methods.
Hiring Process
Candidates with a Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program (Family or Adult Geriatrics) and a current New York State License are encouraged to apply. National Board Certification and experience with EMR/EHR systems are highly valued.
