About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician without Obstetrics to join our team in Longview, Washington. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice in a supportive environment designed for clinician well-being and efficiency. You will work within a clinic featuring 14 exam rooms, supported by a dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant, in-basket clinician support, and an on-site team including Medical Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacists, and specialists in Diabetic and Palliative Care. The practice leverages advanced tools such as EPIC EMR, Dragon, and the DAX AI scribe to streamline documentation.

The position includes access to a Birthing Center with 12 private suites, 2 C-section suites, and 2 postpartum suites, with the team managing over 20 births annually. You will also benefit from PeaceHealth's comprehensive clinician well-being program, which includes a dedicated medical director of clinician wellness, free coaching and counseling services, and longitudinal education programs focused on efficiency and patient experience.
