About the Role

You will build a comprehensive ENT practice with a schedule designed for work-life balance, typically consisting of 2–3 clinic days and 1–2 full operating room block days weekly. The role offers flexibility for a four-day workweek and includes optional academic involvement with SUNY Upstate, where residents and medical students may rotate. Documentation efficiency is supported by system-wide Epic usage and Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX).

Hiring Process
