We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Residency Core Faculty Physician to join our Graduate Medical Education (GME) team. This role is pivotal in shaping the next generation of family medicine practitioners. You will serve as a bridge between clinical excellence and academic rigor, working closely with the Program Director and GME leadership to maintain a high-quality educational environment that meets ACGME accreditation standards.
In this position, you will not only provide direct clinical supervision and teaching for residents in both inpatient and outpatient settings but also act as an educational role model. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through mentorship in scholarly activities, participation in curriculum development, and the promotion of evidence-based medicine. By balancing an active clinical practice with your teaching responsibilities, you will help cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care within the residency program.
