Carilion Clinic and the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine invite applications for an experienced, visionary Dermatology Program Director to lead the development, accreditation, and ongoing excellence of our Dermatology Residency Program. This role is ideal for a collaborative physician-leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical practice, education, and academic growth.
As the Program Director, you will shape the curriculum, evaluation systems, and scholarly activity expectations while mentoring a high-performing cohort of residents and faculty. You will partner closely with Carilion Clinic leadership and the School of Medicine to advance academic excellence, all while maintaining a balanced clinical practice within a growing, multi-specialty academic department.
