Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleManage scheduling for court dates, mediations, client meetings, and critical case deadlines
  • check_circleOpen and maintain digital and physical case files ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • check_circlePrepare, draft, and format family law documents including pleadings, motions, and financial affidavits
  • check_circleManage discovery processes by tracking deadlines, organizing document production, and maintaining case summaries
  • check_circleFile legal documents with courts via eFiling systems and coordinate service of process
  • check_circleTrack and record billable time accurately and assist in maintaining retainer balance awareness
  • check_circleSupport attorneys in case preparation and execution of legal strategy through organization and documentation
  • check_circleCommunicate with clients professionally and empathetically while handling sensitive or high-conflict situations
