We are expanding our Panama City Beach office and looking for attorneys who want to grow with us.
About the Role
This opportunity is designed for attorneys seeking meaningful work, real autonomy, and a healthier pace of life. You will step directly into a steady caseload with no requirement to bring in clients, allowing you to focus on litigating, strategizing, and advocating for families. The role offers frequent courtroom opportunities and the ability to shape cases strategically, from divorce and high-asset matters to custody, alimony, and domestic violence cases.
You will work with a supportive, well-resourced team including modern legal tech (Clio), well-trained paralegals, discovery specialists, and administrative staff. The environment is collaborative with open communication, offering mentorship from leaders in the Florida Bar Family Law Section and a clear advancement pathway to senior and leadership roles.
