This position is designed for an experienced attorney ready to take the lead on family law matters from initial consultation through resolution. You will operate with a high degree of independence, managing cases from intake to final disposition while building trusted relationships with clients, opposing counsel, mediators, and court personnel.
In this role, you will guide clients through complex domestic relations matters, including divorce, custody, parenting plans, and child support. The day-to-day involves handling client communication, developing case strategy, and managing all aspects of litigation, from drafting motions and pleadings to leading motion practice, contested hearings, and trial preparation. You will also play a key role in mediation, preparing strong, practical settlement materials to help clients achieve their goals.
As a member of our smaller firm team, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and the opportunity to hire or bring your own paralegal.
