About the Role
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Associate Attorney to join our growing family law practice. This role is designed for an attorney who thrives with autonomy yet values a collaborative team environment. You will carry an active family law caseload, moving matters forward with skill and diligence while managing the full spectrum of client needs.
Our culture is built on the belief that great attorneys do their best work when they have room to breathe. Since 2023, we have operated on a 4-day, 32-hour work week schedule. We invest in positive team dynamics, mentoring, and professional growth, trusting our attorneys to manage their caseloads independently while knowing the team has their back. This position offers fully onsite or hybrid work options, dependent on your needs.
